What items are not allowed in the skip bin?

Certain items like hazardous materials, asbestos, batteries, chemicals and insulation material are prohibited in our skip bins. For more details, refer to our list of prohibited items or contact us directly.

When and how do I pay?

Payment is required on or before Skip Bin drop off. You can pay over the phone, Pay ID or via EFTPOS. We can also offer a 30 day Trade account be arranged upon request for local Tradies.

Can the truck access my property?

Most of the time our trucks can safely and easily access the property, however, obstructions such as low overhead power lines, carports, trees or wet ground are to be considered when we deliver.

Where can I place the bin?

Our Skip bins can be placed anywhere that the truck can safely reach. However, legal requirements prohibit skips bins to be placed anywhere on the road, it must be placed on your property.
